Hot Platen Type Veneer Drying Machine
Dry the wet fresh wood veneer after peeling to control the veneer moisture content at the standard range (8%-12%), by hot pressing and hot platen heating . A good veneer dryer lead to flat and quality veneers. This can greatly avoid the plywood deformation, bubbling and cracking issues in subsequent pressing process.

Function: Automatically short core veneer joint and splice broken veneers into complete and whole veneer boards to make the long core veneers. To solve the problem of veneer waste, and form better complete core veneers for plywood assembly. Not only improve the plywood strength but also make the plywood assembly faster.
Features: PLC control, servo drive system accurately drive veneers and splice. Take with Precise splicing, firm veneer joint, no gap and no dislocation, fast working speed. Function: Pre-press the assembled veneer boards at room temperature, make the glued veneer layers fit closely, discharge internal air, fix the board structure, and prepare for hot pressing process.
